SUMMARY OBJECTIVE: The objective of this study was to document the clinical and laboratory characteristics maternal delivery outcomes pregnant women with coronavirus disease 2019. METHODS: We retrospectively assessed who had been admitted either symptoms 2019 or for from March 2020 January 2023. participants were evaluated in two cohorts: initial cohort included all hospitalized 2019, final those delivered under circumstances RESULTS: 295 symptomless (n=124, 42%), mild (n=122, 41.4%), moderate (n=18, 6.1%), severe (n=31, 10.5%) Among comorbidities, hypothyroidism (n=40, 13.6%) highest share. most frequent abnormality elevated D-dimer levels (94.6%). 193 women. Eight patients (4.1%) required intensive care unit (ICU) stay. Mortality occurred five (2.6%). Out 121 cesarean section (SC) deliveries, 61.2% on an emergency basis. Rates preterm, low birth weight, stillbirth 18.7%, 14.5%, 3.1%, respectively. Moderate-severe showed significant inverse correlations week, APGAR scores at 1 5 min (p<0.0001). Aims: To analyze the impact of clinical severity on maternal and perinatal outcomes across trimesters in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pregnancies. Study design: This was a prospective open cohort study pregnant women with COVID-19 during prenatal, delivery, postpartum periods from September 2020 to March 2022. Methodology: For data analysis, 132 who had no pre-existing comorbidities or pregnancy-related complications at beginning were selected. Data related COVID-19, demographic, clinical, obstetric, laboratory, ultrasound birth collected. Results: A total followed up for 2237 women-week. Among them, 19.7% experienced such as premature rupture membranes (19.7%), delivery (10.6%), hemorrhage (8.3%), preeclampsia (6.8%), fetal/neonatal complications, including small gestational age (9.1%), need neonatal intensive care unit acute fetal distress (6.1%). Having moderate/severe prenatal admission (hazard ratio (HR):3.75) 95% confidence interval (CI95%):1.63; 8.61 contracting infection second (HR: 6.35; CI95%: 2.35; 17.17) third trimester (HR:14.35; CI95%:4.85; 42.41) pregnancy significantly associated these complications. Similarly, having (HR:3.90; CI95%:1.48; 10.24) (HR:6.84; CI95%:2.05; 22.84) (HR:22.4; CI95%:6.57; 76.33) also complications. Conclusion: Pregnant have higher risk if they present occurs pregnancy.

We aimed to investigate the impact of COVID-19 infection on maternal characteristics and obstetric neonatal outcomes in a cohort women labor previously vaccinated who tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 infection, compared aged-matched healthy controls. A retrospective case-control study was conducted among 66 labor. Clinical data were obtained from medical records. The objective of this case report is to discuss a septicemia caused by Escherichia coli following cervical cerclage. study described 42-year-old female patient who visited the Ante-natal Clinic for follow-up appointment during 8th week gestation. had previously undergone successful in vitro fertilization treatment 16 years primary infertility. Objective.This study aims to investigate the association of maternal cortisol levels and anxiety during labor with neonatal outcome in primigravida women.
