In order for businesses to survive and gain a sustainable competitive advantage, their employees must be able create value organizations with high job performance. Job performance is result of employees' unique behaviors that are shaped by personal characteristics social, organizational psychological interactions. The aim this study investigate the interaction between social support, well-being levels in industrial enterprises. research was carried out collecting data using face-to-face survey technique textile company operating Karabuk. relationships variables were examined Pearson Correlation test, effect analysis mediation simple multiple regression. Results revealed positive weak relationship level support well-being/job performance, moderate Regression results show significantly affects has full mediating on interaction. According results, it recommended focus practices increase ensure participation families these activities.
