Abstract Lung cancer is the leading malignancy among males and ranks second in females, with an estimated two million new diagnoses annually. It first cancer‐related deaths men second, following breast cancer, women. The most significant risk factor for lung smoking. There are main types of cancer: non‐small cell (NSCLC) small (SCLC), about 85% cases falling into NSCLC category. Even a combination treatments NSCLC, such as surgical intervention, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, 5‐year survival rates those diagnosed advanced have not reached satisfactory levels, chemotherapy continuing to be therapeutic approach. In treatment, gemcitabine platinum‐based agents applied first‐line therapy. However, acquired or pre‐existing drug resistance can prevent chemotherapeutic from achieving expected effect on patients increasing dose lead increase side effects. recent years, these reasons, there has been increased interest phytochemicals enhance cytotoxic effects cells while minimizing their toxic healthy tissues. One studied curcumin. Despite its anticancer cells, low stability poor pharmacokinetics led unsatisfactory results studies. Therefore, variety analogs synthesized. This review explores impact curcumin pathways death NSCLC.

Anemia is a potentially life-threatening blood disorder caused by an insufficient erythroblast volume in the circulatory system. Self-renewal failure of progenitors one key pathological factors leading to deficiency. However, there are currently no effective drugs that selectively target this process. In work, we present carbon dot (CP-CDs) derived from phytochemicals significantly promotes self-renewal for anemia therapy. As superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like nanozyme, CP-CDs activate hypoxia response and JAK/STAT3 pathways erythroid cells reprogramming oxidative stress state. This results unique erythropoiesis-enhancing properties promoting generation progenitor cells. Moreover, protect mature red inhibiting stress-induced damage improving immune-inflammatory microenvironment. vivo, showed promising therapeutic effect mouse zebrafish models with minimal adverse effects, indicating significant translational medical value. Collectively, study not only illustrates successful approach nanomedicine-enhanced therapy but also enhances our understanding interaction between nanomedicine progenitors.

Abstract Mitochondrial quality control is paramount for cellular development, with mitochondrial electron flow (Mito‐EF) playing a central role in maintaining homeostasis. However, unlike visible protein entities, which can be monitored through chemical biotechnology, regulating by invisible entities such as Mito‐EF has remained elusive. Here, tracker (Mito‐EFT) four‐pronged probe design presented to elucidate the dynamic mechanisms of Mito‐EF's involvement control. Heightened aggregation fiber‐like healthy mitochondria compared round‐like damaged demonstrated, revealed correlated morphological remodeling, particularly regions undergoing fission and fusion, show signal associated cristae maintained Dynamin‐Related Protein 1 (DRP1). This underscores importance considering assessing parameters. A novel drug screening evaluation parameter, also introduced screen discover mitochondrial‐targeted therapeutic modulators. provides new avenues investigating homeostasis control, offering potent tool screening.

This work examines the anticancer activity, anti-inflammatory nature, and cytotoxicity of ethanol extract obtained from female flowers Cannabis sativa L using molecular methods in vitro , animal testing vivo as well computational simulations silico . From GC-MS analysis, following bioactive compounds were found: cannabidiol (CBD), tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), humulene. The antiproliferative activities determined on HeLa cells by MTT, Crystal Violet, Trypan Blue assays with an IC50 value suggesting 51%-77.6% lethality. bioinformatics analysis docking proved significant ligand-protein interactions CBD, THC, humulene cancer-associated proteins such PD-1/PD-L1, TNF-α, MMP-9. In breast cancer was first established Sprague-Dawley rats 7,12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene (DMBA) then treated cannabinoids either singularly or combination. Detailed treatment demonstrated that use three simultaneously yielded best outcomes together tumor reduction. concentration serum biomarkers inflammation progression substantially reduced groups compared to control group, which proves synergistic effects these therapy. study emphasizes importance medical derivatives treatment.
