Autism
spectrum
disorder
(ASD)
is
a
neurodevelopmental
that
encompasses
range
of
symptoms
including
difficulties
in
verbal
communication,
social
interaction,
limited
interests,
and
repetitive
behaviors.
Neuroplasticity
refers
to
the
structural
functional
changes
occur
nervous
system
adapt
respond
external
environment.
In
simpler
terms,

brain's
ability
learn
new
environments.
However,
individuals
with
ASD
exhibit
abnormal
neuroplasticity,
which
impacts
information
processing,
sensory
cognition,

Abstract
Background
Most
children
with
Autism
Spectrum
Disorder
(ASD)
have
co-occurring
language
impairments
and
some
of
these
autism-specific
difficulties
are
also
present
in
their
non-autistic
first-degree
relatives.
One

possible
neural
mechanisms
associated

functioning
is

gamma-band
oscillations,
hypothesized

Methods

used
a
high-density
128-channel
electroencephalography
(EEG)
