Plant growth and development are inextricably connected with rhizosphere organisms. Plants have to balance between strong defenses against pathogens while modulating their immune responses recruit beneficial organisms such as bacteria fungi. In recent years, there has been increasing evidence that regulatory peptides essential in establishing these symbiotic relationships, orchestrating processes include nutrient acquisition, root architecture modification, modulation. this review, we provide a comprehensive summary of the peptide families facilitate relationships plants

Insects harbor a remarkable diversity of gut microbiomes critical for host survival, health, and fitness, but the mechanism this structured symbiotic community remains poorly known, especially insect group consisting many closely related species that inhabit Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Here, we firstly analyzed population-level 16S rRNA microbial dataset, comprising 11

This paper discusses the mechanisms by which fungi manipulate plant physiology and suppress defense responses producing effectors that can target various host proteins. Effector-triggered immunity effector-triggered susceptibility are pivotal elements in complex molecular dialogue underlying plant-pathogen interactions. Pathogen-produced effector molecules possess ability to mimic pathogen-associated patterns or hinder binding of pattern recognition receptors. Effectors directly nucleotide-binding domain, leucine-rich repeat receptors, downstream signaling components defense. Interactions between these receptor-like kinases plants critical this process. Biotrophic adeptly exploit networks key hormones, including salicylic acid, jasmonic abscisic ethylene, establish a compatible interaction with their hosts. Overall, highlights importance understanding interplay fungal develop effective strategies for disease management.

Abstract Plant health is crucial for maintaining the well‐being of humans, animals and environment. pathogens pose significant challenges to agricultural production, global food security ecosystem biodiversity. This problem exacerbated by impact climate change, which expected alter emergence evolution plant their interaction with hosts. Traditional approaches managing phytopathogens involved use chemical pesticides, but alternative strategies are needed address ongoing decline in performance as well negative on environment public health. Here, we highlight advancement effectiveness biocontrol based antimicrobial‐producing plant‐associated bacteria, anti‐virulence therapy (e.g. quorum quenching) microbiome engineering sustainable biotechnological promote foster agriculture. Notably, Enterobacterales emerging important agents a source new antimicrobials potential use. We analysed here genomes over 250 enterobacteria examine synthesize secondary metabolites. Exploration major interest search eco‐friendly alternatives reducing pesticides.

An emerging focus of research at the intersection botany, zoology, and microbiology is study floral nectar as a microbial habitat, referred to microbiome, which can alter plant-pollinator interactions. Studies on these communities have primarily focused yeasts, it was only about decade ago that bacteria began be studied widespread inhabitants nectar. This review aims give an overview current knowledge bacteria, with emphasis evolutionary origin, dispersal mode, effects chemistry plant-animal interactions, community assembly, agricultural applications, their use model systems in ecological research. We further outline gaps our understanding significance microorganisms, response environmental changes, potential cascading effects.
