Tumor-associated
macrophages
(TAMs)
represent
one
of
the
main
tumor-infiltrating
immune
cell
types
and
are
generally
categorized
into
either
two
functionally
contrasting
subtypes,
namely
classical
activated
M1
alternatively
M2
macrophages.

exerts
anti-tumor
functions,
including
