The
declining
birth
rates
and
fertility
challenges
in
Europe
have
intensified
global
concerns
over
rising
infertility,
particularly
among
women.
This
study
decisively
investigates
follicular
fluid-related
extracellular
vesicles
(FF-EVs)
from
infertile
patients
with
polycystic
ovary
syndrome
(PCOS)
or
diminished
ovarian
reserve
(DOR)
undergoing
vitro
fertilization
(IVF),
comparing
them
to
a
healthy
control
group.
We
identified
significant
variations
protein
content
polydispersity
crude
fluid
using
UV-Vis
absorption
dynamic
light
scattering
(DLS)
techniques.

This
study
examines
the
demographic
dynamics
of
Extremadura
and
Andalusia,
two
autonomous
communities
in
southern
Spain
characterized
by
low
income
levels

differences

depopulation.

Reproductive
toxicology
testing

essential

safeguard
public
health
of
current

future
generations.
Traditional
toxicological
male
reproduction
has
focused
on
evaluating
substances
for
acute
toxicity

reproductive
system,

fertility
assessment
as
a
main
endpoint
infertility
adverse
outcome.
Newer
studies
in
last
few
decades
have
significantly
widened
our
understanding
what
represents
an
event
toxicology,
thus
changed
perspective
constitutes
toxicant,

endocrine
disrupting
chemicals
that
affect
offspring
intergenerational
manner.
Besides
