The
park
landscape
planning
and
design
schemes
evaluation
from
the
perspective
of
regional
culture
poses
a
significant
challenge
in
Multi-Attribute
Group
Decision
Making
(MAGDM).
To
address
such
challenges,
CoCoSo
technique
Dice
Similarity
Measure
(DSM)
have
been
proposed
as
effective
methods.
Additionally,
Intuitionistic
Fuzzy
Sets
(IFSs)
introduced
to
represent
handle
fuzzy
information
process.
In
this
study,
we
propose
novel
approach
called
integrated
with
DSM
(IF-DSM-CoCoSo)
tackle
MAGDM
problems
involving
IFSs.
By
combining
within
IFS
framework,
IF-DSM-CoCoSo
model
provides
robust
comprehensive
solution
for
complex
decision-making
scenarios.
demonstrate
its
effectiveness,
conduct
numerical
study
focused
on
evaluating
culture.
This
application
highlights
model's
ability

intuitionistic
fuzzy
set
(<italic>CIFS</italic>)
extends
the
concept
of
<italic>IFS</italic>,
