Diagnostic incoming data from various equipment obtained as a result of experiments are usually unusable for further application without processing. This is due to their averaging, different formats completion, well the presence external noise and errors equipment. To solve this problem, it necessary carry out procedure pre-processing. paper proposes an approach pre-processing diagnostic in form generalized scheme with detailed description each stage assess technical state electrical (TS EE). It also presents algorithm building fuzzy triangular numbers using logic. The novelty taking into account repeated parameter values, presenting parameters numbers, forming vectors importance weights values term-sets. Calculation results real presented at end paper. proposed processing makes possible move averaged approximate under conditions variety inaccuracy.

The park landscape planning and design schemes evaluation from the perspective of regional culture poses a significant challenge in Multi-Attribute Group Decision Making (MAGDM). To address such challenges, CoCoSo technique Dice Similarity Measure (DSM) have been proposed as effective methods. Additionally, Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (IFSs) introduced to represent handle fuzzy information process. In this study, we propose novel approach called integrated with DSM (IF-DSM-CoCoSo) tackle MAGDM problems involving IFSs. By combining within IFS framework, IF-DSM-CoCoSo model provides robust comprehensive solution for complex decision-making scenarios. demonstrate its effectiveness, conduct numerical study focused on evaluating culture. This application highlights model's ability uncertain while ensuring accurate evaluations.

<abstract><p>The circular intuitionistic fuzzy set (<italic>CIFS</italic>) extends the concept of <italic>IFS</italic>, representing each element with a area on <italic>IFS</italic> interpretation triangle (<italic>IFIT</italic>). Each in <italic>CIFS</italic> is characterized not only by membership and non-membership degrees but also radius, indicating imprecise areas these degrees. While some basic operations have been defined for <italic>CIFS</italic>, all thoroughly explored generalized. The radius domain has extended from $ [0, 1] to \sqrt{2}] $. However, are limited min max We aimed address limitations further explore theory focusing as well domains. First, we proposed new \psi] $, where \psi \in [1, called algebraic product (<italic>RAP</italic>) sum (<italic>RAS</italic>).
