Background Assisted conception (AC) methods, including in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), have transformed reproductive medicine by offering solutions to infertility. However, their long-term health implications, particularly on neurological outcomes children, require further investigations, especially the Middle East. Objective This study aimed evaluate complications among children conceived through assisted techniques at King Khalid University Hospital, a tertiary hospital Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Methods A descriptive retrospective review was conducted records of pediatric patients born via between January 2017 December 2022. Eligible aged 18 months older were included. Data demographic characteristics, antenatal postnatal complications, assessments collected analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY). Results Out 303 patients, 283 met inclusion criteria, with mean age 4.1 ± 1.7 years. Most deliveries cesarean section (CS) (194, 68.6%). Premature births accounted 129 (45.6%), reported 58 (45.0%). The primary sequela identified speech disorder, affecting (6.4%), smaller proportion experiencing behavioral issues (eight, 2.8%) motor delays (five, 1.8%). Significant associations found factors such as very preterm status, low birth weight (LBW), neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) admission, associated during NICU stays. Background: Infant mortality rate (IMR) refers to the likelihood that a newborn will not survive their first birthday; it is expressed per 1000 live births. Globally, IMR represents considerable proportion of under-five mortality. This study aimed investigate and compare trends patterns in Saudi Arabia by decade sex over 50 years. Methods: Data on from 1973 2022 were extracted UNICEF database. The mean rates every 10 years calculated then compared decades between males females using chi-square test. A two-sided P-value <0.05 was deemed statistically significant. Results: highest (102.9 births; 107.3 vs 98.1 females) lowest (5.4 5.6 5.3 females). statistical analysis results revealed significant decline (P < 0.01), with no difference male female any five decades. Neonatal nurses in high-risk Intensive Care Units (NICUs) navigate complex, time-sensitive clinical decisions where accuracy and judgment are critical. Generative artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a supportive tool, yet its integration raises concerns about impact on nurses' decision-making, professional autonomy, organizational workflows. This study explored how neonatal experience integrate generative AI examining influence nursing practice, dynamics, cultural adaptation Saudi Arabian NICUs. An interpretive phenomenological approach, guided by Complexity Science, Normalization Process Theory, Tanner's Clinical Judgment Model, was employed. A purposive sample of 33 participated semi-structured interviews focus groups. Thematic analysis used to code interpret data, supported an inter-rater reliability 0.88. Simple frequency counts were included illustrate the prevalence themes but not quantitative measures. Trustworthiness ensured through reflexive journaling, peer debriefing, member checking. Five emerged: (1) Decision-Making, 93.9% reported that AI-enhanced required human validation; (2) Professional Practice Transformation, with 84.8% noting evolving role boundaries workflow changes; (3) Organizational Factors, 97.0% emphasized necessity infrastructure, training, policy integration; (4) Cultural Influences, 87.9% highlighting AI's alignment family-centered care; (5) Implementation Challenges, 90.9% identified technical barriers strategies. can support effectiveness depends structured reliable culturally sensitive implementation.
