This study aimed to know the nature of effects digital journalism in shaping political mental image Turkish university professors. It also motives and reasons for their follow-up while following events around world. To achieve objective study, researcher relied on descriptive studies, within its framework, he used survey method, by applying method a public opinion poll with sample, distributed electronic questionnaire which numbered (103) academic professors working universities according appropriate sample method. Introducción: En la era digital, clasificar fuentes informativas es esencial para mantener calidad del periodismo, especialmente con inteligencia artificial (IA). Este estudio emplea redes neuronales esta tarea, evaluando su efectividad y proporcionando interpretaciones claras de los resultados. Metodología: Se utilizó un conjunto datos 14 características contenido periodístico, como género, sección publicación, tipo fuente presencia multimedia. La variable objetivo clasificaba principal texto en categorías experto, político, cultural, religioso, periodístico otros. El modelo red neuronal tenía dos capas densas ocultas 64 neuronas cada una, activación ReLU. Fue entrenado evaluado divididos conjuntos entrenamiento prueba. estandarización mejoró el rendimiento modelo, alcanzando 46% precisión Resultados: aplicaron técnicas SHAP LIME interpretar las predicciones modelo. identificó más influyentes. ofreció una comprensión detallada cómo específicas afectan predicciones. Conclusiones: propone enfoque innovador periodismo digital destaca importancia interpretabilidad modelos IA.
