The global COVID-19 crisis has strongly affected tourism. In an emerging economy like Colombia’s, however, the pandemic’s effects may differ from those experienced in more advanced countries. Building on prior studies, this investigation aims to determine economic and organizational impact of tourism sector areas lodging, travel agencies, clubs, restaurants by identifying indicators relevant business sector. We contrast data obtained empirically a survey administered sample 289 Colombian SMEs. model, developed with structural equations, enables identification factors greatest influence. results indicate high sales personnel expenses, leading decrease management innovation capability. gradual recovery process, internal measures taken owners face have been effective than government. Moreover, firms prioritized financial strategies marketing services.

This study aimed to investigate the differences in motivational focus and sources of satisfaction between family non-family employees businesses. Data from a questionnaire survey conducted May September 2021 were used examine relationship work motivation employees. collected via interviews with 56 148 businesses eight Slovak regions. To meet stated aim, relevant quantitative methods such as two-sample Fisher’s F-test, Student’s t-test inequality variances, Pearson correlation method applied. Abstract This article conducted a scientometric analysis of entrepreneurship research during the COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath. The results show that focused on four thematic clusters, namely (a) crisis management (b) social collaborative networks (c) entrepreneurial intentions, (d) adaptation measures to pandemic. Abstract Small businesses often suffer from a lack of resources, which in many cases they cite as reason why cannot prepare for crises. Increasingly frequent threats may have forced them to rethink their thinking. This study aimed to establish how entrepreneurial social capital influenced the Performance of MSMEs in Mombasa so as gain an understanding which strategies need be formulated stimulate performance MSMEs.
