Scholars have recognized the need for further research to explore role of institutional factors in social entrepreneurship (SE) within emerging markets (Urban & Kujinga, 2017). In response, this study investigates how environment influences antecedents entrepreneurial intention (SEI) Vietnam by expanding SEI model Mair and Noboa (2006). Drawing data from 401 university students Vietnam, employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) examine hypotheses model. The results reveal that self-efficacy (SES) perceived support (PSS) significantly positively influence become a entrepreneur, while empathy (EMP) moral obligation (MO) show no effect. Furthermore, environment, comprising regulatory dimension (RD), normative (ND), cognitive (CD), plays crucial boosting EMP, MO, SES, PSS. This contributes SE literature extending established models with inclusion dimensions. Additionally, findings imply policymakers should design SE-supportive policies regulations, create culture values promotes order encourage innovation reduce barriers entry ventures. Educators also increase opportunities experience develop skills enhance their perception environments, making more attractive career option.

Objective: The objective of the article is to examine career plans and their key shaping factors among Hungarian students, with a special focus on entrepreneurial ambitions. Research Design & Methods:The study based analysis database GUESSS (Global University Entrepreneurial Spirit Students 'Survey), 9 677 valid answers.Findings: After graduation, significant proportion students would like work as an employee.The those planning low.Our research suggests that positive attitudes better knowledge about processes increase chance career.The university environment may also have effect aspirations.Finally, experiences from family background leave very strong imprint 'career plans.Implications Recommendations: Understanding student opinions in context entrepreneurship, particular drivers behind them, makes it possible develop policies practices can students' intention thus activity. Entrepreneurial anxiety: an empirical investigation in Bangladesh DOI

Purpose This study aims to investigate how entrepreneurial anxiety develops during the intention stage in a developing country such as Bangladesh, where doing business has long been challenge, and examine individuals manage their anxiety. Indeed, understanding is formed when decide start because decision influenced by both individual contextual factors. Design/methodology/approach applies thematic analysis experience react context they make using data from 30 in-depth semistructured interviews with 20 aspiring 10 active entrepreneurs. All participants are Bangladeshi nationals. Findings Consistent earlier studies, findings of this revealed that regarded type distress, doubt, fear, uneasiness worry. Moreover, 11 distinct sources were identified, suggesting some develop problem-focused coping strategies stay firm on planned, whereas others procrastinate. Research limitations/implications The add new dimensions theory offer practical implications for entrepreneurs, policymakers, parents society whole. Purpose This study aims to answer two questions: do self-efficacy and outcome expectations serial mediate the effect of entrepreneurial education (EE) on intention start a business? how can social cognitive career theory explain (EI)?
