Asthma is a global health problem affecting countries worldwide. Currently, there an increasing prevalence of patients with asthma who also suffer from concomitant cardiovascular pathology. The most common comorbidity the coexistence and chronic heart failure (CHF). Given overlap in clinical symptoms, differential diagnosis these diseases at onset can be quite challenging. This raises question possibility early CHF need to continue searching for etiopathogenic markers, as laboratory indicators do not have 100% pathognomonic value. An analysis available literature data on potential markers history was conducted. Information queries included following set keywords: "markers failure, bronchial asthma, N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NTproBNP)." It found that NTproBNP, currently considered "gold standard" diagnosing CHF, does absolute prognostic value, indicating further search highly sensitive more specific markers. article presents new biological such fibrosis marker galectin-3, gamma-glutamyltransferase, growth stimulating factor, pentraxin 3, tenascin C, which could used forecasting risk stratification development. concluded would facilitate earlier thereby enabling timely therapy initiation, help reduce hospitalizations improve quality life patients.
