Material methods. During May 2023, 4613 participants from 23 cities Russia took screening. Participation was voluntary without restrictions on sex. All patients aged over 18 years. screening, pulse were measured three times using automatic or mechanical monitors, a questionnaire about behavioral risk factors, concomitant diseases filled out. HTN diagnosed with systolic ≥140 mm Hg and/or diastolic ≥90 taking antihypertensive (AHT). Results. The analysis included data 4585 respondents 95 years an average age 45 [28;59] years, which 1729 men (37,7%). proportion hypertensive 49,6%. Among them, 62,8% AHT achieved 76,6% 45,7% criterion <140/90 <130/80 Hg, respectively. Aim . To study the risk of type 2 diabetes (T2D) using Finnish Diabetes Risk Score (FINDRISC) and its contribution to all-cause mortality cardiovascular events in Russian population aged 25-64 years. Material methods Data from cross-sectional studies ESSE-RF ESSE-RF2 are included. The random sample was formed Kish method. Response ~80%. modular questionnaire included socio-demographic variables, medical history, main factors for noncommunicable diseases. Blood collected antecubital vein on an empty stomach. Biochemical parameters were determined clinical diagnostic laboratory National Medical Research Center Therapy Preventive Medicine. presence T2D by and/or fasting plasma glucose level ≥7,0 mmol/L. Obesity defined as a body mass index ≥30,0 kg/m ; abdominal obesity waist circumference ≥102 cm men ≥88 women. FINDRISC graduated follow: low (<7), slight (7-11), moderate (12-14), high (15-20), very (>20). Persons with pregnant women excluded. final included 26418 people (10268 16150 women). From 14 regions, prospective follow-up cohort (n=22812), median — 7,5 years). Statistical processing performed open-source statistical programming language environment R (version 4.1). Results A fifth 25-64 years at ≥ T2D. rate ≥15 10,1% (women 12,4% vs 6,4%, p<0,001); ≥12 points 23,7%. close relationship found between impaired (p<0,001). Survival worsens ≥15, worst survival rates individuals likelihood consistently increases ≥12, In Cox model, only is significant mortality; combined endpoints. Conclusion An important task community identify level. Early prevention can delay or prevent both events.
