This paper analyzes the profitability of companies in field road freight transport Republic Serbia. The primary goal analysis is to determine whether are profitable and identify factors that positively or negatively influence profitability. research sample consists 614 observations over period from 2006 2023. Profitability measured based on return assets, while independent variables include company size, number days for receivables collection, liquidity, ratio sales revenue total indebtedness. results primarily indicate achieve, average, a positive 6.54% observed period. Furthermore, unbalanced panel regression show collection have significant impact findings may be interest management, owners, regulatory bodies, other stakeholders making appropriate business decisions ensuring adequate sustainability.
