Worldwide, both cultivated and wild plants are pollinated by the honey bee, Apis mellifera. Bee numbers declining as a result of variety factors, including increased pesticide use. Cyflumetofen controls pest mites in some plantations bees, which may be contaminated with residual sublethal concentrations this pesticide, nectar pollen. Public concern about the effects of pesticides on non-target organisms has increased in recent years. Nevertheless, there is a limited number studies that address actual toxic herbicides insects. This study investigated side inhabiting agroecosystems and performing essential ecological economic functions such as crop pollination. We analysed morphological alterations gut, Malpighian tubules circulating haemocytes Apis mellifera workers markers exposure effects. A commercial formulation pendimethalin-based herbicide (PND) was administered orally under laboratory conditions at realistic concentration admitted field (330gL
