To investigate the rheumatic antibodies on characteristics of neuromyelitis optic spectrum disorders. All patients were tested for AQP4-IgG. There three groups, AQP4+NMOSD, AQP4-NMOSD and control group. MRI was performed. Clinical characteristics, including sex, age, disease duration, number type relapse, autoantibodies, MRI, OCT results scores obtained from EDSS at time attack remission prospectively recorded. Patients controls underwent peripapillary RNFL macular volume scanning. In AQP4+ NMOSD with neuritis (ON), significant associations identified between various parameters. Specifically, INF110 significantly correlated dsDNA (r = 0.384, p 0.023), FT associated AHA -0.416, 0.015), disc area showed a strong negative correlation AMA M2 -0.562, < 0.001). For individuals, TMP 30 relationship PM-Scl -0.410, 0.027), nRNP 0.622, 0.001), 0.701, p-ANCA -0.435, 0.018), c-ANCA -0.428, 0.021), CCP 0.021). SUP 28 PCNA 0.426, INF 110 0.630, 0.001) 0.706, TMV -0.650, -0.708, -0.378, 0.043) -0.464, 0.011). Rheumatic may be as biomarker to induce severe worsening development patients.
