Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an excess burden of disease in disabled and vulnerable populations. These populations may face increased risk contracting COVID-19, greater demand for services social support, reduced access to treatment. Despite various national international efforts towards disability rights inclusion, substantial gaps exist between legislation its implementation. Aims: To assess the inclusion people with other groups policy planning documents related response sub-Sahara Africa.
