Labour productivity growth is a fundamental factor of improving the national welfare, competitiveness, and life standard quality population. For subjects economic activity, labour means increased profits expanded opportunities for creating new goods services, value chains employees, higher salaries improved working conditions. Thus, has always been one most important challenges managers all levels. The purpose article to analyze statistic data, formalize priority trends factors activity industrial sector economy. In recent years in Russia changing multidirectionally as by end 2021 it 3.7%, compared 2020, 2022 decreased 3.6% 2021; 2023 recovered, but not much – only 1.7%.
