Introduction . The demographic crisis that has taken shape in recent years the Russian Federation multifactorial causes. leading place among most significant factors of its development is by growing number infertile couples, including those caused reproductive limitations men. aim study was to identify main problems organization medical care using assisted technologies (ART) interviewing patients. Materials and methods. An anonymous survey 297 men (husbands, partners) participating ART institutions St. Petersburg 2021 conducted a specially designed questionnaire. Results Only 14.2 % patients had preliminary examination completed within time frame less than six months. One ten respondents (10.7 %) diagnosed between 6 months 1 year. Given the increasing problem of infertility in Russian Federation, assisted reproductive technologies (ART) have proven to be one most effective treatments for this condition. Notably, introduction ART methods, particularly vitro fertilization (IVF), has led markedly increased birth rates over past two decades. Studies show that machine learning algorithms can process images embryos assess their quality, thus facilitating selection viable among them transfer. There are ethical and technical barriers hindering widespread adoption artificial intelligence (AI) clinical practice, including concerns data privacy as well a need train specialists deal with new technologies. AI analyze vast amounts data, medical histories research results, more accurately predict pregnancy outcomes. This enables doctors make justified decisions. In future, will able patient efficiently, helping identify causes at earlier stages.
