The modeling of the media educational potential television industry as a post-crisis phenomenon is considered. complex theoretical and empirical approaches such modeling, case-study, semi-structured expert interviews was used. According to results this research, fact that has employs it in professional activity confirmed. There are three models (MEPTI), determined by differentiated aims: MEPTI training professionals; qualification improvement improving literacy broad audience. realization seen federal regional segments industry, regardless type companies. However, different forms applied not only collaboration with universities, but also autonomisation practices.
