Abstract Purpose – The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data analytics into diplomatic foreign language training has the potential to revolutionize pedagogical approaches, enhancing discourse analysis skills in international relations. However, there remains a gap understanding how AI-driven tools data can be systematically implemented programs. This paper examines Natural Language Processing applications education, with particular focus on Diplomatic Academy Vietnam.Design/methodology/approach study employs mixed-methods approach, including sentiment topic modeling U.S. Chinese statements 2024, survey 100 students young diplomats, in-depth interviews ten experts. Computational tools, techniques, were used analyze large-scale data.Findings reveals distinct patterns rhetoric, highlighting shifts emphasis over time. Survey results indicate strong support for learning negotiation simulations, while expert underscore need ethical AI governance human oversight training. Additionally, findings suggest that AI-enhanced methods improve acquisition comprehension but require careful align traditional competencies.Originality/value is one first studies comprehensively examine intersection AI, Data, training, providing empirical insights effectiveness methodologies. also offers policy educational recommendations institutions like Vietnam enhance
