Known seasonal fluctuations and sudden shocks in transportation cost capacity have not been concentrated the supply chain planning. Accordingly, this paper contributes to including logistics planning by proposing a new multi-period, multi-season mixed-integer linear mathematical model, incorporating simultaneous, dissimilar of supply, raw materials transportation, production, product demand. In addition, temporary layoffs unused capacities are formulated as viability strategy. Furthermore, prescriptive analysis is proposed based on sensitivity stress tests. The results solving model case study from automobile plastic parts manufacturing industry using CPLEX solver demonstrated need for 28, 24, 10, 24 layoff cases shipping, shipping capacities, respectively, reach viability. Also, recommend more accurate demand forecasting, especially significant items. Additionally, various tests production capacity, underscore necessity agile outsourcing significance inventory addressing disruptions.
