<p>The purpose of the pilot study was to identify problems, deficits and conditions for ensuring readiness educational psychologists effective professional activities in psychological support students with special needs normatively developing children an inclusive school. The research methods were self-assessment tools ability pedagogical education, developed on basis competency-based activity-based approaches, which included 4 questionnaires: attitude towards inclusion, intention implement practices, reflection difficulties self-efficacy implementing practitioner total sample size 89 respondents, who from schools higher education 5 regions Russian Federation. Responses questionnaire collected remotely through &lsquo;Anketolog&rsquo; system. Descriptive statistics questionnaires (M&plusmn;SD) performed, distribution answers checked normality using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test correlation analysis carried out Spearman. Based average scores answers, rating &ldquo;Effectiveness&rdquo; &ldquo;Difficulties&rdquo; determined. Analysis results responses statements showed a moderate positive between all questionnaires, except Difficulties Questionnaire, where there negative correlation, corresponds previously conducted studies similar questionnaires. Almost respondents have inclusion their needs. school, expressed by value 2.714, prevailing choice Likert scale &ldquo;Undecided&rdquo; (3 points) &ldquo;Rather disagree&rdquo; (2 points), mainly reflects respondents&rsquo; disagreement presence work, including lack school administrators.
