Introduction. In modern society, characterised by rapid changes, the study of stress and psychological resources necessary for overcoming it in various aspects life has become increasingly relevant. The findings from this research are particularly significant young people transitioning into adulthood, as they often lack sufficient knowledge experience. Aim. present aims to explore concept academic stress, including theoretical approaches, findings, implications empirical studies regarding its impact on personal regulatory success, well-being, professional self-determination among adolescent students.
