Introduction. One of the priority areas in implementation national project “Demography” is supporting family and strengthening health younger generation. Data on increase number children who, early stages development, are diagnosed with psychophysical development disorders various severity structure expression, pose important tasks for regional authorities to modernize comprehensive care create a model interdepartmental interaction provision assistance services their families order prevent negative scenarios child development. The purpose our article analyze modern system recording data identifying providing young children, experience organizing families. Methods. used status living Chelyabinsk region (Russian Federation) 2020 – 157,459 2021 218,249 children; 2022 137,978 children. A method compiling grouping statistical observation materials was used, which allows an analysis numerical composition at risk receiving services, institutions organizations field care, education social protection population state municipal forms ownership basis provided region. Results. It has been established that region, collecting, analyzing systematizing classified as target group based federal reporting forms. Quantitative qualitative obtained us say 100% receive intervention services. At same time, conclusions were drawn about clear underestimation potential capabilities (18% group) (4% conditions use such form “observation” made it possible identify pattern reveals trend annual detection each subsequent stage age (on average by more than 75%). Conclusion. Prospects developing need to: take into account individual characteristics children’s health; inclusion habilitation rehabilitation measures carried out within maximum walking distance specialists required level professional competence; ensuring program interaction.

Melalui kemandirian, anak lebih leluasa mengembangkan dirinya terutama terkait komunikasi dan pengendalian dirinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan project-based learning untuk menstimulasi kemandirian beserta dampaknya di Kelompok Bermain Khodijah Temanggung. menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi pada siswa, kepala sekolah, lima orang tua siswa. keabsahan triangulasi sumber teknik yang dianalisis Miles Huberman. Hasil dari Kegiatan pembelajaran berupa bermain, berdiskusi, pengerjaan proyek proses dikenal Pijakan Lingkungan Main, Sebelum Saat Setelah Main. tersebut berpusat siswa melalui dorongan optimalisasi peran pendidik penggunaan pertanyaan inkuiri, pemaksimalan peraturan program lembaga, serta pembiasaan bercerita kolaborasi tua. Dampak mampu mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah sederhana, memiliki kepekaan sosial, tanggung jawab, mulai percaya diri, meluapkan emosi secukupnya, terampil berkomunikasi. lanjut diperlukan berhubungan tingkat keefektivitasannya
