<p>The
article
analyzes
the
importance
of
research
in
field
special
education
and
psychology
for
development
cultural-historical
theory.
In
this
we
show
that

analysis
of
the
results

study
devoted
to
issues

interaction
educational
institutions
with

organizations
in
order

resource
support

development
inclusive
environment
(IEE).

teachers;

1539
(EIs).

used
survey

practices

comparative

EIs

systematization

regional
networks

carried

indicator

as
