Introduction
.
The
article
presents
the
findings
of
a
study
on
state
postgraduate
support
for
young
teachers
in
various
regions
Russian
Federation.
This
research
has
identified
difficulties,
challenges,
crises,
and
barriers
that
these
individuals
face
when
entering
profession.
Aim
present
aims
to
examine
current
retention

education,
