The work is devoted to the study of features development motivation for research activities in adolescents club work. Within framework activities, not only acquisition and comprehension new knowledge occurs, but also its application solving practical problems. Currently, there a search forms content activities. Introduction . The article presents the findings of a study on state postgraduate support for young teachers in various regions Russian Federation. This research has identified difficulties, challenges, crises, and barriers that these individuals face when entering profession. Aim present aims to examine current retention Federation, as assessed by themselves, heads educational organisations, instructors from higher education, secondary vocational, additional vocational education institutions. Methodology methods methodological foundation this is grounded anthropological, acmeological, systemic, reflexive-activity approaches. based an analysis information regarding organisation types institutions, which was obtained through survey. A total 1,103 respondents 10 Federation participated empirical study. Results As fundamental principle establishing system, most emphasise importance adhering priority tasks within field education. reflects their understanding significance issue at hand, well principles related targeting, individualisation, orientation aimed addressing challenges faced teachers. Most advocate evaluating effectiveness initiatives criteria such satisfaction with professional development outcomes reduction turnover rate first few years careers. Furthermore, both administrators are generally well-informed about resources available educators largely agree potential effectiveness. They also recognise manageable process, involving active participation many administrators. Additionally, themselves play role organising support.
