<p>This article presents the results of a qualitative analysis based on semi-structured interviews conducted with adolescents (n=13, aged 13&ndash;17), who were admitted to an inpatient psychiatric facility after attempted suicide. Content yielded groups words describing circumstances suicide attempt semantic proximity. The following emerged (ordered by descending frequency use): one's psychological state, descriptions family and relatives, related studies, school or college, relationships peers. Within framework thematic analysis, two superordinate themes nine subthemes identified, revealing subjective experience attempt. first theme, <em>psychological distress</em>, includes &ldquo;negative thoughts emotions&rdquo;, &ldquo;mental pain&rdquo; &ldquo;fear surviving&rdquo;. second <em>interpersonal vulnerability</em>, &ldquo;feeling misunderstood loved ones&rdquo;, &ldquo;conflicts&rdquo;, &ldquo;loneliness&rdquo;, &ldquo;experiencing loss important relationships&rdquo;, &ldquo;self-destructive way communicating problems&rdquo;, &ldquo;the excessive importance emotional peers&rdquo; &ldquo;sensitivity&rdquo;. These findings suggest that interpersonal may play significant role in adolescents&rsquo; attempts, including both (primarily mothers) peers; moreover, state distress is described direct connection dissatisfaction (conflicts, rejection, neglect). Thus, vulnerability, along distress, one key characteristics adolescent suicides.</p>

<p><strong>Study relevance.</strong> Recent years have been marked by the rising frequency of eating disorders (EDs) and growing popularity various weight control behaviors in adolescents. Although numerous studies shown that interpersonal functioning is impaired people with EDs, personal traits reinforcing these impairments not studied enough. <strong>Objective</strong>. The study focused on relationship between sensitivity, fear negative appearance evaluation, body shame clinical (n=54) community samples adolescent girls (aged 13&mdash;17). <strong>Method</strong>. participants filled out a survey 3 measures person. included Interpersonal Sensitivity Measure (Boyce, Parker, 1989; Razvaliaeva, Polskaya, 2021), Fear Negative Appearance Evaluation scale (Lundgren et al., 2004; 2020), Phenomenological Body Shame Scale-Revised (Siegel 2021). <strong>Results</strong>. Girls EDs reported food restrictions, purging, measurements multiple behaviors, whereas from sample engaging sports as behavior. sensitivity score significantly higher EDs; first 2 are also related to behaviors. <strong>Conclusion</strong>. was show evaluation were more pronounced Russian-speaking especially behaviors.</p>
