Objective: to assess the dynamics of formation a culture health and perception their own by schoolchildren on example students at stage pre-professional medical education. Material methods. The study was conducted basis Pre-University Sechenov University. A questionnaire used physical, mental, social spiritual components culture. key health: spiritual. In 2018, 260 teenagers (171 girls 89 boys, average age — 16.6±0.74 years) were interviewed, in 2024-702 (519 183 16.3±0.91 years). data analyzed using Pearson x2 test with Yeats correction, Spearman's rank correlation coefficient calculated relationship between qualitative features. Results. During period understudy, share high values level increased an 12.9±5.5% (p<0.01); attaching importance lifestyle, ecology, rejection bad habits, receiving information about from reliable sources more than 10%(p<0.01), found adolescents' professional status mothers (2024 —p=0.733; 2018 p=0.730, t=0.11). Conclusions. An increase proportion adolescents has been shown, there is no significant difference self-esteem strong direct link mothers.
