This research paper aimed to develop a training curriculum enhance the competency of music teachers in Buriram Province who graduated from Rajabhat University and became professional active learning management. The study involved 50 participated workshops academic exchange forums. consisted eight components, including development unit plans lesson plans. instruments used were curriculum, plan assessment form, form. use resulted positive outcomes, with most receiving high scores, forums effectively showcased best practices. provides insights into at enhancing competencies management, which can be adapted other teaching fields.

Objective: This study examines the efficacy of learning management system (LMS) support in enhancing graduate students; skills, with a particular focus on impact Moodle utilization academic performance. Theoretical Framework: In field education, information and communication technologies (ICT) have played pivotal role transforming teaching practices. has emerged as prominent electronic platform, integrating resources into digital environment. Previous studies demonstrated that using LMS platforms like can improve certain skills students. Method: The research employed quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design. Two groups 47 students each were formed: an experimental group (using Moodle) control traditional methods). intervention was evaluated by measuring nine dimensions 60-item questionnaire administered before after intervention. Results Discussion: exhibited notable advancement six assessed areas posttest, outperforming aspects such motivation for learning, organization planning, resource utilization. However, no significant improvements observed essay writing effective listening skills. Research Implications: Findings suggest enhance various skills; however, it is essential to adapt meet specific needs educational contexts. Originality/Value: makes contribution technology demonstrating Moodles potential It also highlights need further its implementation across different contexts order gain deeper understanding optimize platforms.

Online learning has become prevalent especially during this post COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, it is important to understand the online motivation in order help students learn better. This study aims investigate how learners’ behaviour influences motivation, environment social engagement changes behaviour, instructor support and relationship between environment, engagement. A purposive sample of 100 participants responded survey. The instrument used a 5 Likert-scale survey rooted from Thorndike (1905) merge with Pintrich & De Groot’s (1990) motivational construct reveal variables table 1 below. sections. Metacognitive skills which provide regulation and management of students’ intellectual activity in the process their self-education are great importance, especially context learner-centered education paradigm global information space, with its focus on self-study self-development an individual. In this regard, article aimed to analyze development metacognitive first year students by means educational technologies ESP classes at technical university Ukraine. As shown results study, can be successfully used for such as self-directed learning skills, collaboration self-management self-reflection studying level.
