Amid digital transformation in the 21st century, use of technology, such as e-learning, learning process has become urgent to develop vocational school students' knowledge and skills. However, some studies show that online is ineffective improving Online cannot improve skills because conduct actual practicum. Therefore, this study aims analyze effectiveness The research method used was random effect model meta-analysis with Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-analysis (PRISMA) article analysis technique. A total 25 articles from Scopus, Google Scholar, Wiley databases were obtained analyzed study. free publication bias, indicated by funnel plot, Egger's, Fail-safe N test results. Based on results, it known size value 0.703 (medium category). Thus, implementing schools a moderate impact findings indicate implementation can support encourage students they will master. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of online group work practices in Malaysia, reshaping how students, university attendees, and professionals engage collaborative learning within digital settings. How learners perceive embrace this is a key aspect. Connectivism theory highlights four core principles crucial to all experiences. In study, connectivism applied explore learners' perceptions diversity openness, connectedness, autonomy, relationship between them. This quantitative study used survey questionnaire with 23 items separated into three main sections. results 166 responses suggest that are influenced by openness as well connectedness autonomy. also shows moderate strong positive significant association across variables.
