STEM education has emerged as a critical approach for developing 21st century skills in higher students. This paper investigates the implementation of project design computer microelectronics education, focusing on integration virtual simulations using Tinkercad and physical with Arduino microcontrollers. The research demonstrates how this dual enhances students' interdisciplinary through project-based learning. Drawing theoretical foundations experiential learning, constructionism, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), study analyzes stages from problem definition to final presentation. reveals that combination modeling prototyping creates comprehensive learning environment promotes thinking, problem-solving, technical competencies.
