This study examines the Evaluation of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Techniques for Screw Shaft Manufacturing in a Teaching Factory Setting at Politeknik STMI Jakarta. The research investigates precision and accuracy measurement system using statistical methods such as Variance (ANOVA), Number Distinct Categories (NDC), metrics like Total Gauge Repeatability Reproducibility (GRR), Repeatability, Reproducibility. Through comprehensive data collection, including multiple appraisers across various trials measured quantitative surveys qualitative observations, dimensions tolerances. collected underwent thorough analysis utilizing ANOVA to explore sources variation measurements. results MSA provided critical insights into system's performance. variability (9.97%) reproducibility (3.80%) contribute total GRR 10.67%, indicating an acceptable system. Part-to-part emerged primary source variability, emphasizing importance addressing part differences quality control processes. Moreover, highlighted influence different factors on consistency. Part variations significantly impacted underscoring need manage effectively. assessment repeatability revealed consistency reliability. Quality inspection is the focus of global attention, related to survival and development enterprises.
