While several studies analyse house price linkages within cities or regions, none estimates the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on housing dynamics between and regions. We fill this gap in literature by examining a network core regional Australia using Diebold–Yilmaz's variance decomposition approach 2012. Compared with pre-pandemic period, caused significant change, significantly linked to driving volatility prices.
