Psychological disorders have become more prevalent in the presence of modernization and societal changes. Community-based mental health is important healthcare. Taiwan has passed Mental Health Act, county governments established community-based healthcare centers. This study aimed to fill research gap regarding operational status these A qualitative design using semi-structured interviews was used obtain data from a purposive sample. Cultural competence, professional values, and spiritual well-being are among the topics that widely considered today in response to turbulent complex environments organizations. The purpose of this study was investigate relationship between cultural nursing interns. In study, a total 200 interns affiliated with universities medical sciences Tehran city (Tehran, Shahid Beheshti, Iran) were included as participants. They selected through convenience sampling. Data collection tools Medical Science Graduates' Competence Questionnaire, Nurses Professional Values Scale-Revised (NPVS-R), Spiritual Well-Being Scale (SWBS). mean scores 151.26 (7.14), 74.24 (10.62), 71.23 (8.45), respectively. In several countries, the growing emphasis on human rights and ratification of Convention Rights Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) have highlighted need for changes in culture, attitudes practices mental health services. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of personalized nursing care. Following Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, we systematically searched multiple databases search engines, including PubMed, Scopus, ProQuest, CINAHL, Google Scholar, articles published between 2011 September 31, 2022. To quality incorporated studies, utilized established assessment tools, CONSORT checklist, STROBE statement, Kmet standard criteria. A qualitative narrative synthesis approach was employed data synthesis. The systematic review included 24 studies involving 5428 participants. Across these a consistent positive correlation found care administered by nurses participant satisfaction. Patients receiving experienced reduced negative emotional symptoms, suggesting potential therapeutic benefits extending beyond physical health outcomes. Health guidance education, individualized healthcare plan dedicated team were examples interventions. results underlined importance in delivering essential services. Cinnamomum cassia (C. cassia) has antihyperglycemic properties. This study aimed to assess the hypoglycemic effects of aqueous extract C. on pancreatic tissue diabetic rats, comparing histological and biochemical outcomes with those metformin (MET) administration. Cardiovascular disease (CVD) significantly impacts patients' lives, affecting not only their physical health but also spiritual well-being. While holistic care acknowledges the importance of addressing needs, integration nurse-led within CVD management remains understudied. This systematic review aimed to evaluate effectiveness and psychological interventions in enhancing quality life reducing anxiety among patients. Following PRISMA guidelines, we conducted a comprehensive search across multiple databases (PubMed, Scopus, EMBASE, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, SID, Magiran, Web Science) for relevant articles published English Persian between 2013 2023. The risk bias included experimental quasi-experimental studies was assessed using ROB 2 ROBINS-I scales. initial yielded 1416 articles. After applying inclusion exclusion criteria, along with qualitative evaluation, 15 total 1035 participants were selected review. These explored impact (e.g., healthy heart model, emotion-oriented approach, communication higher power, acceptance, relationship improvement) on anxiety, stress, expectancy, depression, blood parameters, experiences, pain, negative emotions All reviewed reported positive outcomes interventions, demonstrating emotions, while improving possibly expectancy.
