A theoretical model of the vulnerable half Narcissism Spectrum Model (NSM) – Vulnerable Isolation and Enmity Concept (VIEC) is presented in this paper. In five studies (total N = 2,383), we show personality underpinnings VIEC terms normal pathological explore social relations liking others being liked. explains role avoidance withdrawal, whereas reactive antagonism narcissism. The Belt and Road Initiative (B&R), was initiated by China in 2013, it covers over 60% 30% of the world’s population GDP, respectively. initiative has directed a great deal investment energy, transportation, 5G. Whilst much attention been focused on cooperation international trade, technological form patents largely ignored. This paper investigates formation cooperative relationships among B&R countries within technical network.
