Los sistemas de inteligencia artificial como ChatGPT, el chatbot OpenAI, basado en la familia modelos lenguaje GPT (generative pre-trained transformers), así aquellas otras soluciones basadas esta tecnología y ajustadas para tareas específicas, han despertado un gran interés diversos ámbitos, entre los que se incluyen sector legal y, particularmente, abogacía. Sin embargo, tales presentan todavía importantes limitaciones riesgos asociados a su empleo funcionamiento, deben ser considerados fin hacer uso adecuado jurídicamente responsable tecnología. El presente trabajo tiene por objeto aproximar lectores (hombres mujeres) configuración, arquitectura al funcionamiento estos sistemas, sus funcionalidades dentro del jurídico, incluyendo una revisión jurídicos asociados, con implicaciones prácticas aplicación.
