Abstract
Quality
education
comes
from
the
quality
of
teachers.
Especially
competence
teachers
professional,
pedagogical,
moral,
and
social
aspects.
Competent

aimed

at
leadership
attitude

in

Pendidikan
yang
bermutu
berasal
dari
kualitas
gurunya.
Terutama
kompetensi
guru
aspek
profesional,
pedagogi,
moral
kerja,
dan
sosialnya.
Guru
berkompetensi
dilihat
hasil
kinerjanya,
sedangkan
untuk
mewujudkan
kinerja
perlu
motivasi
kepala
sekolah.
Tujuan
penelitian
ini
melihat
sikap
kepemimpinan
sekolah
dalam
meningkatkan
mutu
pendidikan
di
masa
pandemi
COVID-19.
Penelitian
memakai
metode
kuantitatif.
Sampelnya
adalah
guru-guru
Padangsidimpuan,
sampel
ditentukan
dengan
menggunakan
teknik
sampling.
Pengumpulan
kuesioner
skala
pengukuran
likert.
Analisis
statistik
deskriptif
software
versi
2022.
Hasil
menguraikan
bahwa
dilakukan
oleh
kota
provinsi
Sumatera
Utara
sangat
baik
berada
pada
persentase
berdasarkan
respon
guru.
Sedangkan
posisi
netral
hanya
lagi
berpendapat
jarang
memberikan
penghargaan
terhadap
prestasi
kerja
serta
tidak
pernah
adil
sanksi
kepada
bawahan
lalai
melaksanakan
tugas.

This
study
aims

opinions

university
students

using
mobile
learning

an

pandemic
(COVID-19)
