Abstract Quality education comes from the quality of teachers. Especially competence teachers professional, pedagogical, moral, and social aspects. Competent are seen their performance results, while to realize performance, motivation is needed principal. This study aimed look at leadership attitude school principals in improving during COVID-19 pandemic. research uses quantitative methods. The sample was SDN 200212/2 Padangsidimpuan schools, determined using a random sampling technique. They collecting data questionnaire with Likert measurement scale. Data analysis used descriptive statistics 2022 version STATCAL software. results describe that carried out by principal city, North Sumatra province excellent 93% based on responses 20 Meanwhile, who neutral position see only 5% principal's leadership, 2% think rarely rewards work performance. It never fair give sanctions subordinates fail carry duties. Keywords: Principal, education, pandemic Abstrak Pendidikan yang bermutu berasal dari kualitas gurunya. Terutama kompetensi guru aspek profesional, pedagogi, moral kerja, dan sosialnya. Guru berkompetensi dilihat hasil kinerjanya, sedangkan untuk mewujudkan kinerja perlu motivasi kepala sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini melihat sikap kepemimpinan sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian memakai metode kuantitatif. Sampelnya adalah guru-guru Padangsidimpuan, sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling. Pengumpulan kuesioner skala pengukuran likert. Analisis statistik deskriptif software versi 2022. Hasil menguraikan bahwa dilakukan oleh kota provinsi Sumatera Utara sangat baik berada pada persentase berdasarkan respon guru. Sedangkan posisi netral hanya lagi berpendapat jarang memberikan penghargaan terhadap prestasi kerja serta tidak pernah adil sanksi kepada bawahan lalai melaksanakan tugas. This study aims to examine the opinions of university students about using mobile learning Technologies in an online mathematics course during pandemic (COVID-19) period. The participant group consists 266 studying at a private university. In study, mixed research method, which quantitative and qualitative methods are used, was used. A questionnaire form "Student Opinions Regarding Using Mobile Learning Online Mathematics Lesson During Pandemic Process" created by researchers open-ended questions were used reveal lesson. According results one can be seen that majority make effort spare time understand lessons who use technologies Covid-19 process. addition, they argued believe will successful exam end lesson it is easy follow process, depending on teacher giving stated inadequacy knowledge field numeracy lack technical infrastructure distance education among difficulties experienced course. المستخلص: استهدف البحث قياس أثر التفاعل بين مستوى كثافة الدعم التعليمي ومستوى الدافعية للإنجاز في تنمية مهارات حل المشكلات الرياضية لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية، وذلك من خلال تطوير بيئة المعمل الافتراضي. ولقد استخدم المنهج التطويري، وتكونت عينة (134) تلميذًا تلاميذ الصف السادس وتم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية مدرسة الأمين الابتدائية بمدينة جدة، استخدام أداتين للقياس وهما: مقياس للإنجاز، واختبار الرياضية، حيث أسفرت نتائج على أنه لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائي متوسطات درجات المجموعات التجريبية الأولى والثانية والتي درست بمستوى (الموجز)، والمجموعة الثالثة والرابعة (التفصيلي) القياس البعدي لاختبار كما والثالثة (المنخفض)، الثانية (المرتفع) الرياضية. أشارت النتائج إلى للتفاعل المجموعة الموجز والمستوى المرتفع وتلاميذ الرابعة التفصيلي وهي لصالح للإنجاز.
