Technological

interest
among
stakeholders,

educators,
students,
and
policymakers.

pandemic,

study

explore
factors
contributing
e-learners’
satisfaction
during
COVID-19
pandemic.
A
questionnaire
survey
was
conducted

from
650
university
students

through
convenience
sampling.

using
Statistical
Package
for
Social
Sciences
(SPSS).

e-learner

confirmatory
factor
analysis

investigación

ABSTRACT
It
is
imperative
that
pre‐service
teachers
gain
digital
competency
(DC)
as
a
result
of
their
education
where
e‐learning
central
component.
In
this
study,
we
aimed
to
describe
teachers'
perceived
DC
and
satisfaction
(ELS)
levels,
examine
how
ELS
change
in
terms
related
variables
investigate
predicts
ELS.
To
inform
policy
decisions,
teacher
training
institutions
more
generally
HEIs
must
have
clear
understanding
relationship

will
allow
them
decide
whether
invest
platforms
or
enhancing
perceptions
DC.

quantitative
