Objective: Online learning tools and updated cyber-information can lead to improve overall health behavior offer solutions for learners' mental well-being. A major role is played by digital technology in collaborating with innovative methods of foster healthy behavior. This study attempted examine how online techniques such as flipped E-learning help learners enhance cyber resilience build a Metaverse, the universe; this further students' behaviors mental-wellbeing. Method: qualitative research design was adopted; data collected through semi-structured interviews from sample 10 students, randomly identified higher educational institutions Turkey. Abstract A small‐scale qualitative case study of students at a post‐1992 university in England sought to understand the nuanced experiences returning face‐to‐face following pandemic. Whilst much has been written about effects studying online, less is known how adapted once they returned campus‐based delivery. Specifically, paper focuses on student motivations pursue higher education, and ways that blended digital‐learning habits learned during pandemic with their demands campus life immediate aftermath. Globally unprecedented changes in the education system heightened functions and contributions of technology. Padlet emerged as an educational tool to address challenges continuity quality after implementation distance learning. This study examined impact using on second language learners’ literature classes satisfaction with use. The employed a mixed method design, which used reliable (α=0.83) 40-item Likert scale questionnaire five open-ended interview questions analysed thematically. Results revealed that significantly impacted (t (163) = -7.348, p<0.001) students’ proficiency literature. Correspondingly, students showed significant improvement submitting outputs, accomplishing assigned exercises time, establishing peer learning encouragement. In addition, reported high levels (M=3.01, SD=0.43) Therefore, schools may consider expanding Padlet’s use beyond maximise its full potential teaching paradigm.

Teenage pregnancy is considered one of the problems in Philippines, which shows necessity understanding frustrating implications. Employing a phenomenological research design, this provides an overview emotional and social impacts that young mothers as teenage may create, giving light on how it affects their psychological life pursuits. This was achieved by utilizing semistructured face-to-face interviews with eight (8) identified from Luzon, involving ten (10) self-developed expert-validated questions designed to determine impact early motherhood well-being aspirations self-perception mothers. Their experiences during phase parenthood were analyzed. The findings highlighted difficulties experienced youth, including academic failure broad discrimination they face society. The COVID-19 pandemic prompted numerous studies on students’ challenges; however, relatively little attention has been given to their coping mechanisms. This study qualitatively compared the adaptive strategies employed by students from public and private institutions during Online Distance, Blended, Face-to-Face Learning. Grounded Kolb’s Learning Style Theory, this phenomenological research examined various mechanisms utilized Grade 10 schools in Philippines who were selected using convenience snowball sampling methods. Data analyzed following Colaizzi’s method, providing a rigorous framework for interpreting findings. Results revealed that school encountered significant academic difficulties due isolation, relying primarily self-driven strategies. In contrast, faced challenges related workload socioeconomic factors, turning hobbies, family, peer support manage stresses. These findings highlighted distinct differences how educational settings cope with pressures brought pandemic. Future are strongly recommended encompass broader parameters, extend over longer periods, include more mature subjects capture range of experiences different learning modalities. As there are few studies regarding teachers’ insights on online teaching, this study analyzed the adjustments of pandemic teachers shifting from to in-person teaching methods gain a deeper comprehension situations they experienced. This research conducted descriptive qualitative case following researcher-designed, semi-structured interview with open and close-ended guide questions.
