During the study of transformation educational process in COVID-19 pandemic on example NSU we identified four main areas such transformation: 1) transfer from classroom classes to online using Portal electronic information systems. In this direction research results data received Center Information Technologies University were interpreted, number students’ appeals portal was compared, their own vision obtained given; 2) work scientific library. regard, it determined that quarantine restrictions associated with pandemic, library quickly adapted changes organization and processes at University, provided a wide range services, activities / offline. It found challenges posed by have important due need impossibility conventional forms teaching (teaching disciplines format, testing papers paper form) etc). We conducted survey different courses faculties assessment teachers. sample consisted 509 respondents, representing three faculties: Faculty Prosecution, Justice, Advocacy. show general rate literacy above average; 4) acquire knowledge is defined us as fourth testify importance mastering institution, continuous improvement, well relevance issues under consideration.

The digital transformation of general secondary education is a necessity for survival and competitiveness, which imposes its requirements on teachers, including the development levels competencies, key to comprehensive sustainable education.Therefore, this research aimed enhance level competencies teachers in Damietta Governorate.The descriptive approach applied, using questionnaire as one tools.It applied random sample (490) results showed, an explorer various fields: "cognitive, technical, educational, professional, digital, health environmental safety" among members.In addition, there are statistically significant differences between estimates members attributed variables age, educational function, teaching experience, experience technologies education, challenges academic qualification except cognitive specialization educational.The proposed suggested proposal Governorate light education.
