AbstractBackground:
Early-onset
gastric
cancer
(EOGC),
diagnosed
before
the
age
of
50,
exhibits
distinct
clinicopathological
and
molecular
characteristics
compared
to
late-onset
(LOGC).
However,
landscape
EOGC
remains
incompletely
defined.
This
study
systematically
reviews
meta-analyzes
differences
between
LOGC.
Methods:
A
comprehensive
literature
search
was
conducted
in
PubMed,
Embase,
Web
Science
identify
studies
comparing
features
Meta-analyses
were
performed
assess

Cancer
Genome
Atlas
(TCGA)
subtypes,
frequently
mutated
genes,
key
therapeutic
biomarkers,
serum
tumor
markers.
Odds
ratios

EOGC

prevalence
