Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has had devastating impacts on the global economy and public health. This study aimed to assess level of COVID-19 vaccine acceptance, hesitancy, associated factors among staff students Federal University Health Sciences Otukpo, Benue State, Nigeria. A web-based cross-sectional survey was conducted between November 2021 April 2022, data were collected analyzed using descriptive inferential statistics. Of 150 completed questionnaires, majority respondents (80.0%) 16 45 years old. The found that 58.4% participants indicated with skepticism about vaccine's fast production/rollout fear side effects being most common reasons for hesitation. Respondents' age, religion, category significant influencing acceptance hesitancy (P < 0.05). university community a high awareness but low resulting in levels hesitancy. recommends policymakers health officials should prioritize testing vaccination job categories higher risk exposure COVID-19.
