In the ever-evolving landscape of higher education, shift to hybrid teaching approaches has introduced novel challenges and opportunities for both educators students. This qualitative study, grounded in a robust theoretical framework, combines in-depth literature reviews, informal interviews, observations, thematic analysis explore multifaceted dynamics language learning within College Arts Sciences. By investigating experiences twenty students (referred as 'S-Part 1' 20'), research delves into core theme 'Teacher-Student Interaction Higher Education Institutions' unpacks nine additional themes: 'Adaptability Resilience,' 'Flexibility Autonomy,' 'Connectivity Challenges,' 'Feelings Isolation,' 'Technology Competence,' 'Personalized Learning,' 'Resource Accessibility,' 'Support Mechanisms,' 'Positive Learning Experiences.' this these themes encapsulate diverse encountered by teachers college they navigate evolving educational landscape. The insights derived from study are underpinned framework complemented existing scholarly literature. As we delve themes, it becomes evident that shed light on not only intricacies but also broader context, offering valuable guidance educators, institutions, students, researchers. Based ample results, recommendations presented school administrators, teachers, future researchers enhance quality learning, aligning with demands post-academic era.
