It is generally accepted that atherosclerosis a chronic inflammatory disease. The link between and other diseases such as psoriasis, type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), rheumatoid arthritis (RA) via metabolic, inflammatory, immunoregulatory pathways well established. aim of our review was to summarize the associations selected microRNAs (miRs) long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) atherosclerosis, T2DM, RA. MicroRNAs are short noncoding RNA molecules involved in cell signaling, intracellular communication, gene expression. We reviewed role miR-146a, miR-210, miR-143, miR-223, miR-126, miR-21, miR-155, miR-145, miR-200, miR-133, miR-135, miR-221, miR-424, let-7 LncRNAs transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides cellular processes apoptosis, metabolism, inflammation, differentiation, proliferation. evaluated lncRNA-H19, lncRNA-MEG3, lncRNA-UCA1, lncRNA-XIST Extracellular vesicles (EVs) method signal transduction. Their function depends on surface expression, cargo, from which they originate.
