Neuropathic pain is caused by a lesion or disease of the somatosensory system and one most incapacitating types, representing significant non met medical need. This study aims to apply standard statistics and InterCriteria analysis (ICrA) for assessing the effects of different transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) intensities three muscle conditions on evoked responses first dorsal interosseous (FDIM). Surface electromyograms from right FDIM ten right-handed healthy volunteers were recorded, amplitudes motor potentials (MEPs), latencies MEPs, silent periods obtained. ICrA was used time as a supplementary tool along with applied statistical methods. Three case studies processed by approach wide examination neuromuscular excitability in humans. As result, relations between increasing TMS intensities, MEP amplitudes, latencies, established at relaxed condition, isometric index finger abduction co-contraction antagonist muscles condition. Also, dependencies themselves, outlined. The results confirmed known literature showed new ones.
