Abstract The “Guided Pathways” program in community colleges can promote the efficient completion of students’ studies without restricting their choices and popularization education. This paper proposes a specific strategy for implementation Guided Pathway program, quality evaluation model based on Sparrow Search Algorithm Deep Neural Networks to construct an system. In construction model, transient optimization perturbations are added SSA improve diversity, searchability, robustness population position transformation. DNN cannot retain all valuable features, so they optimized form DRNN, which is ISSA-DRNN. terms overall performance, ISSA-DRNN algorithm this has prediction accuracy more than 98% different datasets, training testing time required also significantly shorter that SVM DRNN algorithms, resulting superior performance. Pathways was conducted at college District S, City Q, China. primary secondary indicators have mean values between [3.4,3.7] [3.4,3.6] fall short respondents’ expectation 4 points meet demand. S deficiencies, it should be improved by combining them with strategies proposed paper.

SOC stock (SOCS) changes caused by land use are still unclear, and understanding this response is essential for many environmental policies management practices. In study, we investigated the temporal-spatial vertical distribution characteristics of SOCS on Western Sichuan Plateau (WSP) using sparrow search algorithm-random forest regression (SSA-RFR) models with excellent model applicability accuracy. Exploring land use evolution and its impact on carbon storage is crucial for mitigating climate change in resource-based cities promoting green, low-carbon development. This study constructs a GMOP-PLUS-InVEST coupled model utilizes remote sensing data from five phases of 2000 to 2020. Four scenarios are established simulate the future patterns changes Jining City. The results indicate that: (1) 2020, farmland, forest land, grassland City show declining trend; while construction waters increase, resulting reduction 167.35 × 10⁶ t 159.85 2020; (2) coal mining significantly influences nearby utilization types storage, leading decline reserves; (3) compared other three scenarios, coordinated development scenario exhibits higher efficiency with lower levels human disturbance; balancing local economy environment, serving as sustainable pattern area. outcomes this paper quantitatively reflect relationship between use, mining, high-water-level cities; providing guidance economy, urban development, ecological environment protection.
