Background/Objectives: This study explores the potential of integrating mindfulness and Mediterranean lifestyle into corporate wellness programs to enhance workplace well-being. Methods: A survey 485 employees from Greece Cyprus examined how mindfulness, resilience, adherence lifestyle, work ability are connected. Results: Pearson correlation analysis showed statistically significant positive relationships between (p < 0.001 p 0.001, respectively). In the contemporary accelerated pace of life, emphasizing importance sleep quality is essential for enhancing overall well-being and health. This study investigates link between poor key factors affecting wellness, such as mental health eating disorders. Through a cross-sectional analysis involving 407 participants, utilizing established measures including Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21), Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire Short (EDE-QS), single-item Sleep Quality (SQS), data was collected analyzed using SPSS v28 R-Statistics. The findings reveal significant correlation (p&amp;lt;0.05) DASS-21, EDE-QS, SQS, indicating that individuals experiencing exhibit higher levels depression, anxiety, stress. Furthermore, multinomial logistic regression highlights low risk factor both (OR: 1.071, 95% CI: 1.042, 1.102, p&amp;lt;0.05, vs. high quality), disorders 1.047, 1.004, 1.092, quality). Overall, these results underscore critical role in suggest insomnia predictive disordered habits. Further research through randomized controlled trials warranted to validate this study.

This feasibility study investigates the relationship between functional food consumption and mental well-being, focusing on natural foods traditionally linked to health benefits. research also examines consumer preferences identify key characteristics that novel designed enhance well-being should possess. Additionally, this lays groundwork for a clinical trial exploring effects of well-being. Data were collected through an online bilingual survey (Greek/English) from 362 participants across Greece Cyprus, using adapted Functional Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFFQ) featuring 30 with documented cognitive function mood regulation. The included validated scales measuring health-related quality life (HRQoL), sleep quality, choice motives, along demographic anthropometric data. Analysis revealed significant associations outcomes, particularly in HRQoL, body mass index (BMI).
