In
the
contemporary
accelerated
pace
of
life,
emphasizing

quality

This
study
investigates
link
between
poor

factors
affecting
wellness,

mental
health
eating
disorders.
Through
a
cross-sectional
analysis
involving
407
participants,
utilizing
established
measures
including
Depression
Anxiety
Stress
Scale
(DASS-21),
Eating
Disorder
Examination
Questionnaire
Short
(EDE-QS),
single-item
Sleep
Quality
(SQS),
data
was
collected
analyzed
using
SPSS
v28
R-Statistics.
The
findings
reveal
significant
correlation
(p<0.05)
DASS-21,
EDE-QS,
SQS,
indicating
that
individuals
experiencing
exhibit
higher
levels
depression,
anxiety,
stress.
Furthermore,
multinomial
logistic
regression
highlights
low
risk
factor
both
