Background: Individuals living in rural areas often face challenges accessing healthcare, increasing their risk of poor health outcomes. Farmers, a sub-population areas, are particularly vulnerable to mental issues and suicide, yet exhibit low rates help-seeking behavior. The aim our study was develop an in-depth understanding the influencing among farmers from perspectives healthcare providers, as well explore strategies providers use navigate through these effectively engage with this population. Methods: We used descriptive phenomenological approach understand providers’ perspectives, experiences, approaches providing farmer clients areas. Semi-structured interviews were conducted 21 participants between March May 2023. Results: Our analysis yielded five thematic areas: (1) ensuring accessibility, (2) establishing relatability, (3) addressing stoicism stigma, (4) navigating dual roles, (5) community trauma. Conclusions: Healthcare service delivery for is multifaceted. This fills gap knowledge by translating data inform evidence-based model list recommendations implementing agriculturally-informed practices
